I’m a husband, a father, and someone who believes that who you are outside of work matters just as much as what you accomplish in it. I was born in New York and spent my early years on Long Island before eventually making my way west. Today I’m grateful to call Colorado home. I love being outdoors, staying active, and spending time with my family. My faith is important to me and shapes how I live my life and lead others. Whether in my personal life or my professional work, I believe in showing up with integrity, treating people the right way, and doing the kind of work that actually makes things better.

I started LionShare Growth Partners because I’ve spent years inside businesses seeing both what works and what doesn’t. Many owners and leaders build successful companies through hard work, determination, and instinct. But as businesses grow, the challenges become more complex. The same approaches that helped get a company off the ground don’t always help it scale.

I believe many good leaders and business owners simply benefit from outside perspective and proven ways of strengthening how their organizations operate. My goal with LionShare is to bring practical experience and clear thinking to leaders who want to improve their businesses, strengthen their teams, and build organizations capable of sustained growth.

I also wanted to create a more personal and authentic advisory experience than what many leaders find with larger consulting firms. LionShare is built on the idea of partnering directly with your leadership—working alongside them to help build stronger teams, better systems, and ultimately better businesses.

I take a professional but personal interest in the success of the leaders and teams I work with. When I partner with a business, I’m genuinely invested in helping it succeed. I also believe in being honest about where I can add value. If I don’t believe I can help move a business forward, I won’t take on the work.

Over the course of more than three decades in business, I’ve had the opportunity to help organizations grow by strengthening their people, improving their processes, and delivering better products. That experience has taught me that great businesses are not built through complicated theories or corporate buzzwords. They are built through strong leadership, clear expectations, and practical systems that actually help people do their jobs well.

My approach focuses on what works in the real world. I avoid introducing unnecessary complexity, redundant systems, or compliance-heavy processes that slow organizations down. Instead, I work with leaders to build practical structures that improve accountability, strengthen teams, and help businesses operate more effectively.

Above all, I take a genuine interest in the people I work with. That perspective shapes how I approach every engagement and is often what leads to the strongest results. When leaders are supported, teams are aligned, and the way work gets done improves, businesses naturally become stronger.
